These Terms & Conditions govern your use of CosomCards.com and purchases from CosomCards, a brand operated by CommonSideFx LLC. By using this website, creating an account, or completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.
Products and Services
CosomCards offers physical card decks, preorders, digital products, interactive tarot experiences, memberships, and related creative products. Product descriptions, images, pricing, availability, and estimated fulfillment times may be updated before purchase.
Physical Preorders
Products labeled “Preorder” are not currently available for immediate shipment. Payment is collected at checkout to reserve the product and support production.
Unless otherwise stated, preorder products are estimated to ship approximately 3–5 weeks after purchase. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Manufacturing, printing, supply, carrier, or other delays may affect fulfillment. Customers will be notified of material delays.
Product images may be presentation mockups. Final printed colors, materials, packaging, or minor design details may vary slightly while preserving the product’s overall character and described contents.
Pricing and Payment
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. Applicable shipping charges, taxes, and other disclosed charges are shown during checkout before payment is submitted.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe or another payment provider identified at checkout. CosomCards does not directly store complete payment-card information.
Shipping
Physical products are shipped only to supported destinations shown at checkout. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Estimated shipping or delivery times are not guarantees. CosomCards is not responsible for carrier delays, weather disruptions, customs delays, or packages misdirected because of an incorrect customer-provided address.
Digital Products
Digital products are delivered electronically as described on their product pages. Customers may not reproduce, resell, redistribute, upload, share, or commercially exploit digital products unless written permission or a separate license expressly allows it.
Premium Membership
CosomCards Premium Membership is an optional recurring digital subscription. Unless otherwise displayed at checkout, membership costs $9.99 per month and automatically renews each month using the customer’s selected payment method until canceled.
There is no free trial unless one is expressly offered at checkout. Customers may cancel through the available subscriber portal or account-management method. Cancellation stops future renewals and generally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Access to premium features may end when the paid period expires.
Membership features may include deck selection, three-card readings, expanded interpretations, premium decks, and additional digital experiences. Features may evolve as the service develops.
Tarot and Interpretive Content
CosomCards tarot readings, card meanings, symbolic interpretations, and related content are provided for personal reflection, creativity, entertainment, and spiritual exploration.
They are not substitutes for professional medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or emergency advice. Customers remain responsible for their own decisions and actions.
Refunds and Cancellations
Purchases are governed by the Refund & Preorder Policy displayed on this website and linked at checkout. Please review that policy before purchasing.
Customer Accounts
Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for activity conducted through their accounts. Notify CosomCards promptly if you believe an account has been accessed without authorization.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the artwork, card designs, writing, audio, video, branding, software, symbols, and other original content presented through CosomCards are owned by or licensed to CommonSideFx LLC.
Purchasing a product or membership does not transfer copyright, trademark, reproduction, resale, or commercial-use rights.
Prohibited Conduct
Users may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, copy protected content, commit fraud, distribute malicious code, or use CosomCards products or services for unlawful purposes.
Availability and Changes
CosomCards may update, suspend, replace, or discontinue website features, products, decks, or services. Material changes affecting paid subscriptions will be communicated when reasonably required.
Disclaimer and Limitation
CosomCards services are provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. CommonSideFx LLC does not guarantee that every digital feature will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the extent permitted by law, CommonSideFx LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from use of the website or products. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaiʻi and applicable United States federal law.
